Thank you for shopping with GhostPrivacy.io. We partner with third-party fulfillment providers to source, prepare, and ship products directly to our customers.

Processing and Delivery Times

Most orders are expected to arrive within 7 to 15 business days, although delivery may take up to three business weeks in some cases.

This estimate includes processing, fulfillment, and shipping time. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

While many orders arrive sooner, delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, high order volume, severe weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after your order has been processed. In some cases, tracking may update slowly while a package moves between fulfillment centers or shipping carriers.

Multiple Packages

Orders containing more than one product may be shipped in separate packages. This means you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and your items may arrive on different days.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees if your order is divided into multiple shipments.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we may not be able to update the address or cancel the shipment. GhostPrivacy.io cannot guarantee delivery when an incorrect or incomplete address is entered during checkout.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing may also extend the estimated delivery time.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact us through GhostPrivacy.io and include your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and work with our fulfillment partner to help locate your shipment.

For packages marked as delivered, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, and the shipping carrier before contacting us, as packages are sometimes left in an alternate safe location.
